Ivanna is known as an artist, TV host and producer, throughout post-Soviet Union countries.

On March 26 2023 in Tbilisi, Ivanna organized a charity concert with the Ukrainian and Georgian artists: Ukrainian Eurovision winner in 2004 Ruslana, Georgian National Ballet “Sukhishvili”, pianist David Aladashvili, “Sakhe”, dancer Tea Darchia, Georgian ethnic group “Khanumi”. The concert was supported by the successful Georgian companies: “Silk Hospitality”, “Goodwill” and “Alma”. All of the raised funds were transferred to Ukraine where Ivanna’s team bought the food, clothing, and everything that was necessary for the children in the “Zolota Generacia” camp in the Ivano-Frankivsk state. 

In April 2022 Ivanna recorded a duet song with Grammy winner artist Really Doe.

In December 2021 Ivanna presented her new music video on her single “Etoy Nochyu” which was aired in 4 countries’ top radio stations and TV channels.  

In April 2020 Ivanna started to work on her new album with American producer Slava Makarkin.  In August 2020 Ivanna released a music video for her first American single “Rock with you”.

Ivanna Melay was born on the West side of Ukraine in the small town of Khust on April 16, 1987. She started singing when she was 5years old.

Ivanna started to compose and write lyrics in Ukrainian, Russian and English languages in her younger years and early teens. She performed in concerts and participated in many Ukrainian song contests, winning first place in 5 of them. She represented her state in a charity concert organized by the First Lady of Ukraine, Lyudmila Kuchma. Motivated to do more, Ivanna organized her own charity concerts and performances for disabled children in Ukrainian cities.

At 15, Ivanna began performing as part of the “Days of Ukrainian Culture” tour in Finlandand Sweden.

Also, as a teen, she authored the hymn for local radio station Transkarpathia FM in Mukachevo, Ukraine. Shecreated the hymn to show support for the station. Radio Transkarpathia FM launched a successful promotional tour that kept the station on-air.

At 16 years old, Ivanna produced her first music album and performed the album at a solo concert to an audience of 25,000 people in the city of Uzhgorod, Ukraine.

When she was 17 years old, Ivanna moved to Kiev and enrolled at the National University of Culture and Arts. During her first month there, Ivanna participated in several song contests and was first runner-up in “Miss Music Ukraine.”

In 2006, Ivanna became a TV host on the most popular Ukrainian music channel, M1. Her show featured celebrities, music, fashion events and awards. “Kozirniy People” was one of the most popular TV shows in Ukraine that ran until 2010.

That summer of the same year, Ivanna went to Montenegro for the song contest “SuncanSkale” and became a prize-winner. Her song “All I Want” became the summer hit on Max Radio station in Belgrade, Serbia.

By 2006 and until 2011, Ivanna produced, directed, and starred in 7 of 9 of her own music videos, all of them topping the charts on music channels in Ukraine. She continued to perform in Russia, Kazakhstan, Slovakia, Montenegro, Sweden, Finland, and of course the country of Georgia, where she sang for up to 100,000 people.

Maxim magazine named Ivanna Melay as one of the “Top 100″ most beautiful and sexiest women of Russia and Ukraine.

In 2009 Ivanna was chosen to perform on tour during the presidential elections in Ukraine.

Ivanna was recognized in 2010 with The Crystal Microphone Award in the category “The Most Stylish Singer of the Year.”

Her second album, “Viva La Vita” was also released in 2010.

Launching her career in the nearby country of Georgia, Ivanna produced and hosted her own show on Georgian network PIK-TV. The show aired for 3 seasons and featured many prestigious guests including Enrique Iglesias, Sharon Stone, and Jay Sean.

Along with co-sponsors Bank of Georgia, Ivanna created the academic scholarship for young children.

Ivanna’s song “Mom, I Love Georgian” won Best Song of the Year in Georgia in 2012.

Ivanna was named Honorable Citizen of the country Georgia in 2013 given to her by the then president, Michael Saakashvili.

By 2015 she released her 3rd studio album, “Made in Georgia”

By 2016 Ivanna moved to Chicago, IL to further her career and work in the United States.

Ivanna Melay received her second BA in Television and Business at Columbia College Chicago, graduated in December 2019. Ivanna achieved Dean’s List status for the Spring 2019 term with a 4.00 grade point average on a 4.00 scale. Currently she is pursuing projects as an artist, producer and on-air host in the film, TV, and music industries.

Ivanna had her performances at Chicago’s Spring/Summerand Fall/Winter Fashion Weeks in 2018 and 2019.
